Refund policy

Due to the nature of fresh coffee being a perishable item we can not offer a return once it has left the roastery.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We move efficiently to get your order to you as soon as possible so we may not always catch your request before it is processed. However we will always do our best to put things right.

Refunds
